No. MediFlow is an installed Windows desktop app that runs entirely offline. All your data lives in a local SQLite database on your PC, and there are no external network calls in production.
You dispatch stock to a hospital as a consignment, so it stays in your inventory ledger until it's used. When items are consumed for a patient, you bill only that usage — MediFlow generates the invoice and keeps the remaining consignment stock tracked.
In a single SQLite file at %APPDATA%\MediFlow\mediflow.db on your machine. MediFlow auto-backs it up on every close (keeping the last 10), and you can back up, export or import at any time from Settings. All database access uses parameterized statements and print output is HTML-escaped.
You get an NSIS installer (recommended) or a portable executable that needs no installation. First launch creates the database with sample data so you can explore straight away, then enter your license and company details in Settings.
